The most useful message you can send. Include the drive page and what you saw at the retailer, and we'll trace it through the ingestion log and fix the source of the error, not just the symptom.

Multipacks sold as single drives, parts-only units, capacity mismatches, prices too good to be true. We flag these automatically, but the automation misses things — tell us what slipped through.
